研究生宿舍離宿說明暨暑假住宿申請
公告事項:
一、本學期離宿時間訂於115年6月27日及6月28日進行,請依下列情況辦理離宿作業:
(一)下學期已確定不住宿者(未中籤、畢業、已依規定辦理退宿者):請於6月27日到6月28日至所屬大樓一樓服務台登記離宿檢查,完成檢查後,當日中午12時前離開宿舍,淨空所有個人物品並歸還鑰匙到宿舍服務中心(如需提早辦理,請改至宿舍服務中心進行檢查)。若有申請暑假住宿者,則於暑假住宿結束時完成離宿作業(暑宿期間須配合宿舍清潔公告,打包宿舍物品)。
(二)下學期仍住宿但暑假不住宿者:請於6月28日上午10時前完成寢室清理,最晚於當日中午12時前離宿,無須登記與檢查,個人物品可放置原床位的衣櫃抽屜但須打包張貼個人資訊,以利暑期宿舍清潔。建議貴重物品勿留宿舍,暑假期間不得進入宿舍內,特殊原因請洽宿舍管理員申請陪同進入,並需服務學習1小時後方可入內取物。
(三)下學期仍住宿且有申請暑宿者:請自行打掃寢室以維持宿舍整潔環境。(暑宿期間須配合宿舍清潔公告,打包宿舍物品)。
(四)提醒個人物品僅能放置個人位置,不得放置空床位之空間,影響115學年度入住新生之權益,違者將視髒亂情形扣點1-5點。
二、暑假住宿申請方法如下:
(一)申請日期:115年6月8日(一)至6月18日(四)止。
(二)住宿日期:115年6月28日(日)至9月5日(六)止,共70日。交換生與國際生最遲延期住宿至7月3日,以日計費。
(三)費用計算:
1、G棟住宿費:每日89元*70天=6,230元。
2、D2棟住宿費:每日87元*70天=6,090元。
3、未中籤者/畢業生延長住宿至7月底:
(1) G棟住宿費:每日89元*33天=2,937元。
(2) D2棟住宿費:每日87元*33天=2,871元。
4、寒暑假不收保證金。
5、交換生與國際生因等待飛機者延長住宿費:每日120元*天數(最長申請至115年7月2日止,3日上午退宿,不收保證金)。
6、未中籤者與畢業生以延長住宿至7月底為限,採住宿棟別費用計費,不開放整個暑假的住宿。
7、低收入戶資格者申請暑宿可免住宿費,請攜帶申請表與低收證明至宿舍服務中心進行申請。
(四)除交換生依實際住宿天數計算費用外,其他申請者不論住校期間長或短,一律繳交全額費用。
(五)114學年度原住宿生且新學年度有中籤者可申請整個暑假的住宿,如僅有115學年度住宿資格者不提供申請。
(六)申請者在申請前請務必審慎思考,申請者視同同意收退費規定,申請後如欲退宿者(115年6月26日前填寫退宿單),將扣點1點,6月26日後申請退宿者一律不退費。
(七)申請表請至學務處生網站-表單下載,自行下載,(途徑;首頁 >> 行政單位 >>學務處>> 表單下載 >> 學生宿舍>> 學生宿舍各類表格)。使用申請表經宿舍床位承辦人核章後,請至總務處出納組繳費,並務必將申請表送回宿舍服務中心登記,收據請自行保管存查。
三、暑假期間學生宿舍全區將進行電力、水力檢測等相關修繕工程(擇期公告),並有清潔公司施作全面清潔。若無法接受者,請勿申請暑假住宿。
四、暑假期間(時間將另行公告)宿舍需進行大規模環境清潔消毒,屆時請配合清潔時段,將宿舍空間(含戶廳與房間)的物品整理打包張貼個人資訊,未張貼資料之公共空間的物品將一律清除。
五、暑假住宿生請恪守學生宿舍相關規定,如有違規將依相關規定辦理。

The dormitory check-out period for this semester is scheduled on June 27–28, 115. Please follow the procedures below according to your status:
(1) Students Who Will Not Reside Next Semester
(Including students not admitted, graduates, or those who have completed withdrawal procedures)
Please register for dormitory inspection at the service desk on the first floor of your dormitory building between June 27 and June 28.After passing inspection, students must vacate the dormitory and remove all personal belongings before 12:00 PM on the same day. Dormitory keys must be returned to the Dormitory Service Center. Students who wish to complete the procedure earlier may apply directly at the Dormitory Service Center. Students approved for summer housing shall complete check-out procedures after the summer housing period ends. During summer housing, students must cooperate with dormitory cleaning notices and pack their belongings when required.
(2) Students Who Will Reside Next Semester but Not Stay During Summer Break
Please complete room cleaning before 10:00 AM on June 28 and vacate the dormitory before 12:00 PM on the same day. No registration or inspection is required. Personal belongings may remain only inside the wardrobe or drawers of the assigned bed space. All stored belongings must be packed and labeled with personal information to facilitate summer cleaning. Students are strongly advised not to leave valuables in the dormitory. Entry into the dormitory during summer break is prohibited. Students with special circumstances must apply through dormitory staff for accompanied entry. Students must complete 1 hour of service learning before being allowed to retrieve belongings.
(3) Students Who Will Reside Next Semester and Have Applied for Summer Housing
Students are responsible for maintaining room cleanliness during the summer housing period. During summer housing, students must cooperate with dormitory cleaning notices and pack their belongings when required.
(4) Reminder Regarding Personal Belongings
Personal belongings may only be stored within the student’s assigned area and may not occupy empty bed spaces. Violations affecting incoming students’ move-in rights may result in 1–5 dormitory penalty points, depending on the severity of the mess.
- Summer Housing Application Information
(1) Application Period:From June 8, 115 (Mon.) to June 18, 115 (Thu.)
(2) Housing Period:From June 28, 115 (Sun.) to September 5, 115 (Sat.), totaling 70 days.
Exchange students and international students may apply for extended stay until July 3, charged on a daily basis.

(4) Full Payment Requirement
Except for exchange students whose fees are calculated based on actual stay duration, all applicants must pay the full amount regardless of the length of stay.
(5) Eligibility for Full Summer Housing
Only students who: resided in the dormitory during AY114, and have successfully obtained dormitory qualification for the new academic year may apply for the full summer housing period. Students who only obtain qualification for AY115 are not eligible.
(6) Withdrawal Policy
Applicants are advised to carefully consider before applying. Submitting an application is regarded as agreement to all refund and withdrawal regulations. Students who withdraw before June 26 must submit a withdrawal form and will receive 1 dormitory penalty point. No refunds will be issued for withdrawals after June 26.
(7) Application Form and Payment Procedure

After approval and signature by the dormitory administrator: Pay the housing fee at the Cashier Section.

III. Maintenance and Cleaning Notice
During the summer break, dormitories will undergo: electrical inspections, water system inspections,
maintenance and repair work, and comprehensive cleaning by professional cleaning companies.

Students who cannot accept these arrangements are advised not to apply for summer housing.
- Large-scale Cleaning and Disinfection
During the summer break (schedule to be announced separately), large-scale cleaning and disinfection will be conducted.
Students must cooperate by: packing belongings, organizing public and private areas, and labeling all items with personal information. Any unlabeled items left in public areas will be removed and disposed of.
- Dormitory Regulations: Summer housing residents must comply with all dormitory regulations. Violations will be handled according to relevant regulations.
