Information Regarding the Application for Winter Break Dormitory Housing for the 114 Academic Year Undergraduate Students
According to: Regulations for Winter and Summer Break Dormitory Housing.

I. Application Instructions
(1) Dormitory Buildings Open for Winter Housing:

Male Dorm: A3

Female Dorm: B3
(2) Application & Payment Period:
From December 1, 114 (Mon.) to December 19, 114 (Fri.) at 16:00.
(3) Winter Housing Room List Announcement:
December 30, 114 (Tue.)
(4) Winter Break Housing Period:

From January 11, 115 (Sun.) to February 13, 115 (Fri.), a total of 33 days.

Students must move out before 10:00 AM on February 13 (Fri.).

After returning belongings to your assigned bed for the next semester, you must leave the dormitory; students may return only on the official check-in date of the new semester.

For safety reasons, the dormitory will be closed during the Lunar New Year holiday (February 14–February 20) and no fees will be charged.
(Students must leave after placing their belongings back on February 13.) -
Only overseas Chinese and international students may apply for Lunar New Year housing.

General students may return after February 21 (Sat.) at 08:00.

International students affected by the National Health Insurance requirement of not staying abroad for more than 30 days may apply for extended stay from Jan. 26–Jan. 30.

Early check-in is not allowed.

Students may return only after February 21.

(5) Fee Structure
-
Housing fees are calculated at NT$64 per person per day
(NT$7,955 semester fee excluding cleaning fee ÷ 124 days).-
All applicants must pay NT$2,112 (33 days) + NT$500 deposit (includes NT$120 for key, cleaning, and property restoration).

International students who stay during Lunar New Year must pay:

NT$2,624 (41 days) + NT$500 deposit

Total: NT$3,124

Short-term stays for international students are charged NT$120 per day.
(6) Application Procedures

Applications are submitted by class.
-
Class leaders should collect all applications and fees, complete the class winter housing roster, and send it to the department for review.

Class leaders shall make a group payment at the Cashier Section.

Before December 19, 114 (Fri.) at 16:00, submit:
-
Original individual application forms (including the deposit receipt), and
-
The stamped class roster from the Cashier Section
to the Dormitory Service Center for bed assignment.
-

Students with low-income household status may apply without paying the housing fee (deposit of NT$500 is still required).
-
To protect personal information, they may bypass the class leader and submit their application and payment directly to the Dormitory Service Center before December 19 (Fri.) at 16:00.

II. Department chairs and advisors are encouraged to provide occasional care and support for students staying in the dormitory during winter break.

IV. During winter break, campus dormitories will undergo power and water inspections, cleaning, and renovation or repair projects.
(Announcements will be made separately.)
Students who cannot accept this arrangement should not apply.
V. Due to the Lunar New Year holiday, and for safety and energy-saving considerations:

All dormitories will be closed except for the designated building for overseas Chinese and international students.

Hot water supply in those buildings will be shortened to 18:00–22:00.

Other buildings will have power and water shut down.
**VI. Students who need to cancel their winter housing for special reasons must apply to the Dormitory Service Center before January 9, 115 (Fri.).

A deduction of 1 dormitory point will apply.
-
No refunds (housing fees or deposit) will be given for late applications.
